SHIPMENT AND COURIER INFORMATION

Shipments are made via courier UPS at the moment of the shipment, clients will receive a second order confirmation by email with a tracking number in order to follow the shipment at any time.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders made are shipped by Nomination Canada Rigaud, Quebec. Monday through Friday 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm. Orders made during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Orders made on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Orders for items already available and in stock will be sent within 5 business days from the date of the order. Items that require personalized engraving will be shipped within 10 business days from the date of the order. Made-to-order items will be shipped within 20 business days from the date of the order. Items that are currently being restocked will be shipped within 4 weeks of the date of the order. Nomination reserves the right to postpone shipment in case of circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Nomination insures its shipments against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance is no longer valid.
